# Business Info

### Overview

Business Info turns a one-time setup into lasting consistency. By centralizing your company profile — name, contact details, address, and tax numbers — the WMS automatically applies this information to every invoice, shopper email, and tracking message. No more retyping, no more mistakes: your brand stays professional, your records stay compliant, and your team saves time.

### How It Works

Business Info is managed directly in the **Settings** menu under *Manage Profile*. From there, managers enter the company’s core details: name, billing and support phone numbers, billing emails, federal and provincial tax numbers, and company address. Once saved, the WMS uses this profile automatically whenever it generates an invoice, sends a shopper communication, or creates a tracking email.

Because the system pulls information directly from the profile, every outbound document carries the correct company identity without additional effort. A change made once — like updating a phone number or tax ID — cascades across all future invoices and communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency without repetitive updates.

### Why It Matters

* Guarantee consistency across all invoices, emails, and tracking messages with one central company profile.
* Protect your brand image by ensuring every shopper-facing document looks professional and reliable.
* Eliminate costly errors — outdated addresses, phone numbers, or tax IDs never slip through.
* Stay compliant by storing federal and provincial tax registrations directly in the system.
* Build shopper confidence with clear and accurate company details on every touchpoint.

### Best Practice

Assign a manager or finance lead to keep Business Info current, especially tax IDs, addresses, and billing contacts. Review the profile regularly — such as at the start of each tax period — to ensure all information is accurate before it cascades across invoices and shopper communications.
